On Tuesday 17 June, the port welcomed the superyacht BUNTY, which was making a one-day stopover. The vessel docked at 12:30 pm at the marina's reception quay, where it will remain until Wednesday morning.
This is a tourist stopover, the highlight of which is the embarkation of two passengers who arrived in the region via Porto Airport and will continue their journey on board the yacht.
Measuring 37 metres in length and 8 metres in beam, the yacht carries six passengers and a crew of six. The next destination after Figueira da Foz is the port of Leixões.
This is the second time a yacht of this size has docked at Figueira da Foz Port, which is a sign of growing tourist interest in the area.
