The Port of Figueira da Foz will once again participate in Seatrade Europe 2025, the largest cruise trade fair in Europe. The event takes place from September 10 to 12 in Hamburg, Germany, under the theme “Future Forward.”
As part of the stand of APP - Associação dos Portos de Portugal, under the Cruise Portugal brand, the Port of Figueira da Foz will be presented alongside the ports of Leixões, Lisbon, Setúbal, Portimão, the Azores, and Madeira. The Portuguese stand (Hall A4 – Stand 429) also hosts several national companies linked to the cruise industry.
The participation aims to promote the Port of Figueira da Foz as an excellent destination for small cruise ships, strengthen business contacts, consolidate strategic partnerships, and showcase the Central Region’s tourism offerings, as well as ongoing port projects that will allow the reception of larger vessels.
With more than 250 exhibitors, this edition of Seatrade Europe reinforces Portugal’s position on the international cruise industry map. The event is recognized as one of the most important global meeting points for the cruise industry, bringing together operators, companies, and port representatives from around the world.
