The Administration of the Port of Figueira da Foz, S.A. has launched a public tender for the concession of the private use of a building located at Cabedelo Beach, in the parish of São Pedro, intended for the operation of a food and beverage establishment, with related activities also permitted.
The two-storey building has a footprint of 495 m². The concession agreement will have a term of 22 years, non-renewable.
Proposals must be submitted through the ANOGOV platform by 7:00 p.m. on 5 October 2026.
