The first stakeholder meeting of the C2Impress project, involving the Port of Aveiro and the Port of Figueira da Foz, took place yesterday at the Port of Figueira da Foz.
The workshop was the 1st Public-Private-Civil Living Laboratory to create a more resilient region and face the challenges of the future.
Mapping the region's most likely disasters and environmental risks, as well as identifying their impacts, were the topics discussed by the stakeholders present.
C2Impress aims to improve the understanding and awareness of the different risks for a disaster resilient society. The project involves 16 partners and 4 study areas in European countries and is coordinated by LNEC in Portugal.
